CBS News to Air "Elder Abuse" Series
The National Center on Elder Abuse has provided suggestions and information to CBS News for a two-part series dealing with the growing problem of elder abuse -- whether intentional or through neglect -- in both assisted living facilities and private homes.

CBS News has advised NCEA, that, barring breaking news, the pieces about Elder Abuse will air on Monday, November 13, 2006, and Tuesday, November 14, 2006, during network broadcasts of "CBS Evening News with Katie Couric", which will begin at 6:30 PM ET.
The news segments could be viewed online from that CBS News website for those unable to catch the live broadcast.
